The news: Real estate technology platform 77Pillar has announced its expansion into Dholera, Gujarat, taking its presence to more than 15 cities across India. The company already operates in Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Noida, Jaipur, and Ahmedabad, among other markets.
Dholera is part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) and is being developed as a greenfield smart city. The region is attracting investments across logistics, manufacturing, and commercial real estate, supported by planned connectivity, large-scale land parcels, and government-backed initiatives.
Through this expansion, 77Pillar aims to enable developers, landowners, and investors in Dholera to showcase projects and connect with potential buyers and businesses. The platform will facilitate discovery of commercial and land opportunities in the region.
Deepak Chhabra, Founder of 77Pillar, framed the move as part of a growth strategy focused on building presence across both established cities and emerging investment corridors, calling Dholera a significant opportunity in India's evolving real estate landscape , particularly from a commercial and industrial standpoint. He said the goal is to give developers and investors better visibility and access in a high-potential region.
The expansion aligns with 77Pillar's broader objective of bridging demand and supply across diverse real estate markets, including urban hubs and smart cities. The company plans to strengthen its developer and partner network while expanding into other high-growth corridors, aiming to improve discoverability and support transactions across both mature and emerging property destinations.

The city is being built either way. The only thing left to decide is whether your Dholera investment happens alongside it, or after everyone else's already has.
